Our Policy Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Report an Issue Email contact@apcollective.ltd with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We will respond within 48 hours.

Sizing Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing on made-to-order items.
