Products and Orders

All products are made to order. When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with AP Collective Ltd. We will send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product images are mockups and may vary slightly from the finished embroidered product due to the nature of made-to-order production.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider (Stripe/Shopify Payments). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days. UK delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of order. Full delivery details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns and Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Your Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the HIGH FUNCTION name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy is the property of AP Collective Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AP Collective Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
