Everything you need to know about ordering, production, delivery and returns.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–4 working days before your order is dispatched — this is separate from delivery time.
After dispatch, UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Including production, UK orders typically arrive within 5–9 working days in total. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £75.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy, or contact us to start a return.
Check the Size Guide for garment measurements: width and length in centimetres, measured flat. Compare them with a garment you already own. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a regular fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Collection 01 is unisex sizing. Tees run S to 4XL, hoodies XS to 4XL and sweatshirts S to 5XL. The Collection 01 hoodies and the original Heavyweight Hoodie use the same blank, which the supplier says runs small: order one size larger than usual. Garment measurements for every size are in the Size Guide.
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only, and checkout accepts UK delivery addresses only.
Yes — tracking information is emailed to you once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner.
Each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order, rather than pulled from a warehouse. Making to order reduces overproduction and unsold stock. It is also why production takes 2–4 working days before dispatch.
