Everything you need to know about ordering, production, delivery and returns.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–4 working days before your order is dispatched — this is separate from delivery time.
After dispatch, UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Including production, UK orders typically arrive within 5–9 working days in total. International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Yes — UK shipping is free on orders over £59.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy, or contact us to start a return.
Check the Size Guide for garment measurements on every product — width and length in centimetres, measured flat. Compare them with a garment you already own. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a regular fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
The Heavyweight Hoodie has a modern fit and is true to size. The Heavyweight Crewneck has a relaxed fit — size down for a cleaner silhouette. Exact garment measurements for both are in the Size Guide.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Yes — tracking information is emailed to you once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner.
Each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order, rather than pulled from a warehouse. Making to order reduces overproduction and unsold stock. It is also why production takes 2–4 working days before dispatch.
