We collect only what is needed to process your order: your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider — they never touch our servers.

How we use your data

Order information is used to fulfil your order and send you order updates. Because every item is made to order, your name and shipping address are shared with our production partners (Printful and Printify) solely so they can produce and ship your order. With your consent, your email address may be used to send marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

Order data is retained for 6 years for accounting purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to our legal accounting obligations). Contact us to make a request.
