Shipping & Returns

Production time

Every High Function piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–4 working days before your order is dispatched. This is separate from delivery time.

Delivery time

After dispatch, UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Including production, UK orders typically arrive within 5–9 working days of ordering.

UK shipping is free on orders over £59.

International delivery costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Contact us to start a return and we'll provide instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item, back to your original payment method.
