General

By placing an order with HIGH FUNCTION, you agree to these terms. All products are made to order through our production partners.

Orders & payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Production & shipping

Orders are produced within 2–4 working days, then dispatched. UK delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch; international delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Full details, including the free-shipping threshold and tracking, are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
